Ad hoc sessions

• This is time we’ll spend together focusing on whatever you’d like help with. It’s time totally focused on you to ensure you’re getting the support you need.

Cost: £25 per hour

Postnatal Planning Session: 2 hours

• 1:1 session in person or online to draw up your postnatal plan covering:

  • Feeding your baby

  • Emotional and physical impact

  • Partner roles

  • Transition from the womb to the world

  • Self-care

  • Mental well-being

• Cost: £50

Packages available

Postnatal Doula Support Package: 20 hours of postnatal support

• Initial two hour session to discuss what you’d like your postnatal journey to look like.

• 2-3 visits a week or more, for 2-3 hours a day.

• Unlimited text / phone / email support provided in between visits between the hours of 9am and 6.30pm.

• A 50% deposit is required to book and guarantee my availability.

Cost: £460
